1. Monetisation

Certain supply and decor links earn us a commission and the site displays advertising. Payment never buys a recommendation. Our Affiliate Disclosure and Advertising Disclosure set out the details.

2. If You Comment

Photos of your own celebrations and comments you leave stay yours, with a licence to us to display and moderate them. If you share a photo, make sure the people in it are content to appear. We take down abusive posts, vendor advertising, and anything that identifies a private venue or guest without consent, and we may close comments at our discretion.

3. Updating These Terms

We may amend these Terms as the site develops. The effective date appears above, and continued use after an amendment means you accept the revised version.

4. Using Bashjoy

Bashjoy publishes party themes, decor ideas, planning checklists, printable invitations, and hosting guides for adult milestone birthdays. It is inspiration for planning your own celebration. Personal, non-commercial use is fine, including for a party you are hosting. Using our material as stock content for an event-planning business, a printable shop, or any commercial listing is not, and neither is automated copying of the site.

5. Disclaimer Summary

Content is offered “as is” as ideas, not as event-safety, licensing, or legal guidance. Party planning brings real obligations — venue suitability, guest safety, food handling, lawful and sensible alcohol service, and open-flame precautions among them — and those obligations belong to the host. To the fullest extent permitted, Bashjoy is not liable for injury, illness, property damage, permit or licensing problems, or any other loss arising from an event you plan or host, or from a vendor, venue, or product mentioned here.

7. Our Content

Our styling photography, printable designs, written guides, and site layout belong to Bashjoy or our licensors. A party theme is an idea and anyone may use it; our images and wording are ours. Please credit and link rather than reposting, and do not resell or relicense a printable you downloaded here.

8. Where Our Links Go

Links to suppliers, rental companies, and venues are for convenience only and are not endorsements. We do not verify their insurance, licensing, or reliability, and any contract you enter is with them.
